Personal-use service
TCP Bot Lab provides private, experimental automation tools to a small group of approved users. The tools are not offered as a public or commercial service. Access may be changed, suspended, or ended at any time.
Authorized use
Users may submit only links and content they are lawfully permitted to access and use. Users must not use the tools to violate another service’s terms, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or applicable law; interfere with the service; introduce malicious content; or attempt unauthorized access.
Recipe and health information
Generated recipes may be incomplete, inaccurate, or based on ambiguous source material. They are provided for convenience and are not professional medical, dietary, allergy, or food-safety advice. Users are responsible for verifying ingredients, quantities, allergens, safe temperatures, preparation methods, and suitability for their own needs.
Third-party services and content
The tools may interact with third-party services and user-submitted links. TCP Bot Lab does not own or control those services, does not guarantee their availability, and is not responsible for their content or practices. References to TikTok, Telegram, Google, and other services do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
No warranties
The tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. Use is at the user’s own discretion and risk.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, TCP Bot Lab is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss resulting from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the tools or generated output.
Changes
These terms may change as the tools evolve. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to that use.
